This chair, like all adaptive equipment, is well suited to some environments and not to others.  The following information will help you assess whether or not this chair is suitable to your environment, or to the environment of your physically challenged friend.

Usage:

• The chair will not fit through doorways that are less than 27” wide.
• The chair requires pathways that are at least 30” wide in order to provide mobility

Storage and transport:

• The chair is 26” wide, 44” deep, and 34” high. It cannot be folded. 
•  The chair will not fit in the trunk of a car or a taxi.  

It will require a small truck, SUV, or a jeepney to transport the chair from the Convention Center.  Transporting the chair from the convention center is the responsibility of the recipient and/or the friends.  HCDI does not have vehicles and cannot be responsible to transport the chair from the center.

8.     Are there pathways from the applicant’s home to places outside of the home that are at least 30” wide?    Yes __       No__

9.     How will the chair be transported from the Cebu International Convention Center to the applicant’s home after the concert on May 17?
